This hearty meal has a mild Italian flavour of a traditional ragu or slow cooked stew but it is packed with healthy veggies and plant based meaty textures.
Enjoy as a filling meal for one or stretch it out for two by adding some sides. You can even be really creative and make a MasterChef meal with this robust base or take a humble tin camping.

What to do with this product
Our vegan meals are super versatile. Ready for you to simply heat and eat or use as a meal base to create something really spectacular with minimal fuss.
Microwave: in a microwave proof bowl heat for 2 minutes on high, stir and heat for an additional 1-2 minutes. Serve.
Serves two if you have it with garlic bread, rice or quinoa and a salad on the side. Or use to cook for the family in toasted sandwiches, wraps or in pot pies.
