Avocado & Berry Power Smoothie

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS
  • ½ firm ripe avocado, peeled
  • 125g (1 cup) frozen mixed berries
  • 325ml (1 ½ cups) soy milk
  • 2 teaspoons honey or rice malt syrup
  • 1 tablespoon LSA meal
 METHOD

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Divide between 2 glasses, serve immediately.
