INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup boiled water or tea – herbal like rose, liquorice or lemon
- ¼ cup slippery elm powder
- 2 Tbsp raw honey
METHOD
- Dissolve honey in ¼ cup freshly brewed tea or hot water. In a bowl, add the slippery elm bark and sweetened tea mixture and using a fork, mix the ingredients together.
- Roll into small balls about the size of a marble then roll the balls into some extra slippery elm powder to coat them.
- Keep them in the freezer, leave them out to dry, or just eat like candy.
