Pre-Party Boost Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
  • 250ml (1 cup) fat-free milk or soy milk
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled, coarsely chopped
  • 75g (½ cup) fresh or frozen berries of your choice
  • 3 tsp tahini
  • 1 Tbsp almond meal
  • 1 ½ tsp psyllium husks
  • 3 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
METHOD
  1. Place the milk, banana, raspberries, blueberries or strawberries, tahini, almond meal, psyllium husks or slippery elm, honey and cinnamon in the jug of a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass to serve.
