INGREDIENTS
  • ¾ cup of sago
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 cup of milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 8 cups of water - for making sugar syrup
  • Fruit to serve
METHOD
  1. Bring a medium pot of water to boil and add in the sago. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the sago just turns clear. Rinse the sago under cold water. Drain and set aside.
  2. Boil 8 cups of water and add in the sugar to make sugar syrup. Set aside to cool.
  3. Combine cooled sago, coconut cream, milk and sugar syrup and give it a good stir.
  4. Cover and keep in the fridge and serve chilled with your favourite fruits.
