INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup raw cashews or Almonds – soaked in water for at least one hour, drained then rinsed
- 1/3 cup rolled oats or quinoa or millet flakes – soaked in water for at least one hour and drained
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 cups frozen blueberries and raspberries
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp slipper elm powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- a sprinkle of stevia powder
METHOD
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high for one minute.
- Serve in bowls topped with a few slices of fresh fruit
