Super Berry Breakfast

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/3 cup raw cashews or Almonds – soaked in water for at least one hour, drained then rinsed
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats or quinoa or millet flakes – soaked in water for at least one hour and drained
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries and raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp slipper elm powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • a sprinkle of stevia powder
METHOD
  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high for one minute.
  2. Serve in bowls topped with a few slices of fresh fruit
